Anniversary Edition 2022 is available for pre-order

On 23 November we are celebrating the anniversary of the Molenberg Distillery with an Anniversary Edition whisky. The previous eight editions proved a great success, selling out completely. So we are delighted to present the ninth Anniversary Edition: ‘Folle Blanche’.

Today you can order online this whisky. Given the limited stock, no individual sales will be organised. You can therefore  pick up your order in the brewery shop as from 23 November, after online reservation.

This Anniversary Edition costs 55 euros per bottle and a pre-order is limited to a maximum of 2 bottles per person. If you have any questions, please contact us at webshop@hetanker.be

What's the story behind Folle Blanche? 

Folle Blanche is a French white grape variety used to make cognac. This grape is characterised by its high acidity, which lends distillates refined, fragrant aromas.

This whisky was first aged in Bourbon and Het Anker casks, followed by three years in cognac casks. These release full-bodied hints of wood and vanilla during the ageing process. The nose reveals surprising floral and fruity notes, rounded off with a subtle finish of honey and leather.

To prevent speculative resales, Het Anker reserves the right to cancel confirmed pre-orders when we suspect that someone has ordered more than two bottles. In that case, the entire order will also be cancelled and refunded.
