Belgian Single Malt whisky
Gouden Carolus Single Malt is a refined Belgian whisky distilled from the malt mash of Gouden Carolus Tripel beer. The consecutive aging in First Fill Bourbon barrels, followed by further maturation in ‘Anker’ barrels (oak casks crafted by the cooper according to our own specifications), results in a sophisticated whisky with a full and balanced flavor. The subtly present fruit aromas are beautifully complemented by notes of wood and vanilla.
